Expert, Development/Testing Customer Value Proposition
Opportunity to work on bringing strategic customer facing solutions to life through proof of concept, pilot and chain launch platforms. Ability to work across many business units to ensure project scopes and timelines are met.
Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g., insights, data, finance, marketing, operations) to develop project plans to execute new programs and services that generate omni-channel customer solutions.Manages internal team members to execute customer value proposition plans.Assist in developing business cases for solving customer needs, including required investments and success criteria.Act as subject matter expert in assigned customer value proposition area through development lifecycle, ensuring customer needs and views are represented and recorded in the execution of omni-channel solutions.

Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, marketing, or CVP area of Focus or High School Diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking or CVP area of FocusExperience collaborating with both internal resources, external resources to execute strategic plans that are designed to meet enterprise goals within budget and established timelinesExperience documenting and building a plan to execute customer business requirements for omni-channel solutions.Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.Experience executing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.Experience presenting recommendations to the senior leaders.At least 2 years of experience of strategic analysisAt least 2 years of experience in business analysis and project managementAt least 1 years of experience planning, developing, and managing departmental expense and capital budgets.At least 2 years of experience indirectly managing people, including participating in the hiring, developing, motivating and directing day-to-day activities.Willing to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
