Comcast’s Digital Home organization is seeking a Software Developer to join our Engineering team. This group is responsible for the Xfinity Home Camera Platform, which is a middleware layer supporting embedded software running on cameras as well as mobile/web client showcasing features to customers.
In this role you will collaborate with designers, testers, product managers, and other developers across the organization. While the primary responsibilities will include development of features for existing camera features and building new APIs, you will have opportunities to contribute to all aspects of the product lifecycle.
You must be able to pick up new languages and technologies quickly, be a strong team player, and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands. The ideal candidate will enjoy learning on the fly, embracing technical challenges and solving problems for people. Job duties include a balance between development and fast-paced critical thinking, communication, troubleshooting and problem solving.
